The Village of Mount Prospect has completed the acquisition of the former Chase Bank building at 111 E. Busse Avenue. The Village closed on the transaction May 14 and has issued a Request for Proposals for redevelopment of the site.

The Village's Electronics Recycling Drop-off Program starts back up tomorrow!
From April 9 to October 29, residents can drop electronic materials at Public Works (1700 W. Central Rd.) on Wednesdays from 10 am - noon, holidays excluded.

On Monday, October 14, Village Hall and the Public Works Facility will be closed to the public for an employee in-service day. Emergency services will not be affected.

The Cook County Department of Transportation & Highways is making sidewalk and signal upgrades at the intersections Euclid & Wheeling and Euclid & Burning Bush. This work is part of a county-wide project involving over a dozen intersections.
